Experience the Nothing Phone (1) at The Starhill pop-up store

The Nothing Phone (1) has officially been launched in Malaysia yesterday at a special event, where the brand has also announced its successful preorder event with Crossover a week ago, the phone was sold out in 15 minutes during July 18th.

The Phone (1) is the first smartphone from Nothing, a UK-based tech company founded by ex co-founder of OnePlus, Carl Pei, it features a unique Glyph interface on the back of the device that consist of 900 micro LEDs that illuminates when it receives a notification and will work with the phone’s preinstalled ringtones.

Shipped with a clean Nothing OS skin, the Phone (1) runs on Android 12 and is powered by a mid-range Snapdragon 778G+ processor with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage, it has a 6.55-inch OLED display with 1B colors and 120Hz refresh rate, a 4500mAh battery with 33W fast charging and 15W wireless charging, it is also able to reverse charge at 5W which will easily power accessories like the company’s Ear (1) earbuds.

The Nothing Phone (1) is available in black and white color options, the 8GB+256GB model is available now and retails at RM2,399, the 12GB+256GB model will only be available in mid August onwards and retails at RM2,699, nationwide availability will start August 1st onwards, where interested customers can purchase it from its official store at Lazada and Shopee, and retail partners such as SenQ, SenHeng, TMT, Direct D and Satu Gadget.

If you want to experience the phone itself before buying, Nothing has set up a pop-up store at The Starhill in Kuala Lumpur starting 21 to 25 July 2022, where you can also preorder the device on the spot and expect to receive it from August 1st onwards.
