Eagle I launches the Vision 1 and Iris-M1 dash camera

At the IT Fair held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Center that occured prior to the New Year, Malaysia-based Eagle I took the opportunity to launch two new dash cameras: the Vision 1 and the Iris-M1.

The main attraction of the launch is the Vision 1, a 3.5″ 16:9 widescreen dash camera that comes with a 480×320 glass lens display. The camera itself is powered by a MediaTek 6735VCM processor with 1GB of RAM, and comes with 8GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. For the recording part of things, the Vision 1 is capable of capturing videos in VGA, HD or Full HD resolution at 30fps. The videos will be stored in 3gp format. 

In addition to the standard dash camera specifications, the Vision 1 runs on Android 5.1 and comes with a SIM card slot that supports 3G and 4G mobile network as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. The camera also comes with integration to the WeChat app that lets you share your videos to the app in just a few clicks. Furthermore, the Vision 1 has features such as Loop recording, Find Your Car, Auto Video Look, Capture Moments and Wi-Fi Hotspot Sharing.

Aside from the Vision 1, Eagle I also launched the Iris-M1 camera. The Iris-M1 comes with a 5″ HD display screen with 140-degrees wide angle. It sports a 380mAh battery and is capable of recording VGA, HD and Full HD videos in AVI format.

The Vision 1 is available right now for RM738, while the Iris-M1 is available for RM448.
