Digi iPhone X and iPhone 8 plans leaked with subsidized prices

Apple has just launched its new range of iPhones last week, unveiling a total of 3 iPhones that will go on sale pretty soon. The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus are both a typical step up from their predecessors the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, while the iPhone X is the company’s revolutionary flagship with a new design for the first time since the iPhone 6.

Malaysian local carriers are expected to make the iPhones available for purchase soon with their respective smartphone plans. An online dealer has apparently got its hands on Digi’s iPhone plans and prices which have yet to be released by the carrier. The image above shows the full range of subsidized prices for the iPhone 8, 8 Plus and iPhone X according to the carrier’s plans.

Unfortunately, the RRP of the iPhones still remain unknown, but it is safe to say that the iPhone 8 will begin at a price tag of RM 3,299 in Malaysia. We can also assume that the price of the iPhone X starts off at either RM 4,599 or RM 4,699. If customers go for the Go Digi 168 plan however, they will be able to purchase the iPhone 8 at an affordable RM 1,529, or the iPhone X below RM 3,000 at RM 2,849.

The plans as usual, require the customer to be bound to a 2 year contract with Digi, paying a huge sum of cash collectively. Regardless, as this is a leak, let’s not take it too seriously before Digi makes any official announcements.
