CMF Phone 1 by Nothing to launch on 8th July 2024

CMF, Nothing’s sub brand of stylish and affordable gadgets, has confirmed the launch date of its first smartphone on 8th July 2024, while details are scarce for now, there’s a lot to look forward to as the company has said that it is making an mid-entry device that no other brands would.

Based on the teasers and leaked image, the CMF Phone 1 is expected to have a functional physical wheel on the back, which we are predicting that it can be used as a volume wheel or even a camera zoom wheel, it is also going to be in the brand’s signature orange and grey color, while the dual-camera array suggests that it could also be a dual 50MP setup with a wide and ultrawide camera.

The CMF Phone 1 is expected to be powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 7300 chipset, while leaks also suggests that the phone will have a 6.7-inch FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate, and of course, it will ship with Android 14 and Nothing OS running on top.

Nothing has also teased that on the same day, it will also be releasing the CMF Watch Pro 2 and Buds Pro 2, which are going to be great companions, and as usual, stay tuned for more news as the time draws closer.

The CMF Phone 1 launch will be live streamed on the next Nothing Community Update on 5PM MYT, 8th July 2024.
