“Clean & Fix” your house now by using the new feature on Grab

Grab started out as an e-hailing service, but quickly expanded to include food delivery, parcel delivery, e-wallet service and now, home services.

In partnership with Kaodim, Grab has a new feature on its homepage called “Clean & Fix” which allows users to hire home repairs and cleaning services on the app. As of now, available services include house cleaning, plumbing repair, local moving and more. Users also get to pick between direct rate or comparative rates, depending on the type of service they’re going for.

This feature is only available in Klang Valley and Penang at the moment, though it is likely that Grab will expand it to other areas in the future. It was also stated that users can request for a reserve/refund if they aren’t satisfied with the service provided, and if there’s a case of damage or theft, they’ll get to enjoy free insurance coverage.

In terms of payment methods, Grab users can pay with either GrabPay or cash. However, GrabPay will only be available for selected service providers.
