Razer never fails to bring fun and interesting prototypes to CES, just last year they showed of Project Valerie, a gaming laptop with screens that will slide out from the side of the main screen giving you a three display setup on a laptop. In 2018, they showed off Project Linda which looks like it is the best bet to become an actual product that we can get our hands on.
Generally, it is a laptop dock that will extend your smartphone into a desktop experience. However, it only works with the Razer phone, which will be slot into the touchpad area and a Type-C connector will slide out and attach itself to the phone. The phone will then be turned into a touchpad or used to extend information in a game to the phone. The desktop experience will be running on a desktop version of Android which will all be powered by the Razer Phone. The dock will charge the phone at the same time so users will not have to worry about battery drains.
Razer did not indicate the pricing or release date for this dock, and it is still unsure if this product will actually make its way to consumers.
