The first piece of news regarding the phone is that it will come with a 5G variant ā a standard many big-name brands will be adopting this year. But interestingly also is that the new entry is said to sport 16GB of RAM!
At a time where 8GB is ample, and 12GB is overkill ā 16GB looks to be overkill and then some. But hey, Iām all for breaking boundaries when it comes to tech, so this is a welcome addition to the Black Shark 3.
Sure, no game in the market really needs that much memory, so we see this as the beginning of what could be the not-so-distant future. We could very well see 16GB flagship smartphones arrive late this year too.
