Bill Gates currently uses an Android smartphone

Bill Gates isn’t only the richest person on planet Earth right now, but is also the founder and CEO of Microsoft, whose operating system Windows is the most popular and widely used operating system on PC’s. Windows Phone seems likely to be a lost cause, and Bill Gates has also switched to using an Android smartphone according to a recent interview with Fox News.

Gates has highlighted that he currently uses and Android handset that has a ton of Microsoft apps in it, which is likely the Microsoft Edition Galaxy S8. Yes, Microsoft is selling its own version of the Galaxy S8 that comes bundled with the essential Microsoft apps such as Skype and OneNote, but still runs on Android.

In the interview, Gates has also opened up about his relationship with the late Steve Jobs, co-founder of Apple. He mentioned that they were good friends and also labeled Jobs as a genius, but will still not be switching over to the iPhone or use any other Apple products for the foreseeable future.

Looks like it’s all Microsoft Windows PC’s for Bill Gates, with the exception of a Microsoft Edition Android smartphone. What do you think Gates has against Apple?
