BenQ introduces a 4K HDR10 projector for all types of homes

BenQ has just announced the availability of their new CineHome W1700 DLP 4K HDR home cinema projector which comes with the latest 4K UHD HDR technology and offers 8.3 million pixels, CinematicColor accuracy and projection-optimized HDR for a true-to-life image quality.

The W1700 utilizes a revolutionary 0.47-inch single-DMD DLP technology to minimize the projectors profile to fit better with modern lifestyles. It is able to enhance the 4K video thanks to HDR10 technology to get the best quality possible and supports HDCP 2.2 copy protection so users can enjoy all the 4K content they can get their hands on.

To get the best colours, the projector uses the BenQ CinematicColour technology and RGB colour wheel to achieve the highest standards of colour accuracy with over 96% coverage of Rec. 709 colour gamut. It also comes with CinemaMaster Video+ and CinemaMaster Audio+ to turn any space into a world-class cinema auditoriums with motion-adaptive edge pixel and dramatic audio processing for resonant base and hight notes.
