ASUS ROG announces new AMD Ryzen 8000 series powered gaming laptops in Malaysia

ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) Malaysia has officially launched its highly anticipated 2024 AMD Gaming laptop series, bringing cutting-edge performance and innovation to the local gaming community. The series includes the latest ROG Zephyrus G14 and ASUS TUF Gaming A15 models, both powered by the new AMD Ryzen 8000 Series processors.

Like Intel’s Meteor Lake processors, the Ryzen 8000 Series processors come with AMD Ryzen AI technology, it enhances productivity tools for Windows Studio effects, such as automatic framing, eye-contact correction, and advanced background effects in video calls, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

ROG Zephyrus G14 (2024): A Redesign Revolution

The ROG Zephyrus G14 (2024) has undergone a comprehensive redesign, featuring an all-aluminum CNC-machined chassis that strikes a perfect balance between weight reduction and structural rigidity.

The redesign also makes room for an edge-to-edge keyboard and significantly larger speakers that deliver unparalleled audio quality with deep bass down to 100 Hz. With a fresh Platinum White colorway and a new Slash Lighting LED array on the lid, the Zephyrus G14 stands out with its custom patterns and animations, setting a new standard for aesthetics in gaming laptops.

ASUS TUF Gaming A15 (2024): Built for Durability and Performance

The ASUS TUF Gaming A15 continues to evolve, now featuring the latest AMD Ryzen 8000 series processors, DDR5-5600MHz RAM, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40-Series Laptop GPU with NVIDIA Advanced Optimus for peak performance. Known for its rugged durability, the TUF Gaming A15 offers expandable memory and storage slots.

Its display boasts a 2.5K resolution with a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz, G-SYNC® support, and an IPS level panel for accurate colors, complemented by Dolby Atmos® and Hi-Res Audio for an immersive gaming experience.

Availability and Pricing in Malaysia

The ROG Zephyrus G14 (2024) is available in two variants: the RTX 4060 GPU version with 32GB RAM and 1TB PCIe 4.0 storage for RM 8,999, and the RTX 4050 GPU version with 16GB RAM and 1TB PCIe 4.0 storage for RM 7,999. Both models, equipped with the AMD Ryzen™ 9 8945HS Processor, are available starting today.

The TUF Gaming A15 will also be available in multiple configurations, with prices ranging from RM 6,499 for the RTX 4060 GPU version to RM 6,999 for the RTX 4070 GPU version, all equipped with the AMD Ryzen™ 9 8945H Processor and set to hit shelves in mid-February 2024.
