Asus introduces the ZenFone Max Pro which comes with a massive 5,000mAh battery

Asus has added another phone to its battery focused Max line-up of phones. The latest edition is the ZenFone Max Pro (M1) which was recently released in India and Indonesia. The Max series was made for users that don’t want to carry around a power bank and this time they also made some improvements to the specs and user interface.

The major highlight of the ZenFone Max Pro, its massive 5,000mAh battery which they claim can give you up to two days of battery life. Other than that, it comes with a 6-inch FHD+ FullView display, Snapdragon 636 processor 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage expandable up to 2TB. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this phone is that it comes with a pure stock Android 8.1 interface, which means Asus is ditching its ZenUI on this phone. They have not mentioned the reason for doing so, but this would definitely please a lot of people that prefer a clean Android experience. Photography wise, it comes with a 16MP+5MP rear camera and a 16MP front camera with support for 4K video recording.

Asus Malaysia has mentioned that they have something coming up in mid-May which will probably happen after the elections. Stay tuned as we will update you on whats happening.
