Asus introduces the sleek and extremely durable ZenBook 13 to the Malaysian market

Asus has introduced a new ultrabook to the Malaysian market, catered for users that want the ultimate portability option. The ZenBook 13 (UX331UN) comes with the latest 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce 150MX.

The ZenBook 13 comes with an all-metal unibody that weighs only 985g and comes with a thickness of 13.9mm. The laptop is not only pretty but durable as well, as it comes with a MIL-STD 810G, undergoing extreme tests like altitudes, temperatures and humidity tests, ensuring the laptop will stand up even in the toughest conditions.

The Zenbook 13 comes equipped with an Intel Core i7-8500 processor, 8GB of LPDDR3 ram and 512GB NVMe PCIe SSD, to offer the best performance from any laptop. I/O wise, it comes with a USB Type-C port, two USB 3.1 Type-A ports, an HDMI port and a microSD card slot, perfect for all your devices and extending the display up to two monitors from the Type-C port and the HDMI port. Powering the device is a 50Wh lithium-polymer battery that Asus has claimed can offer up to 15 hours of battery life and takes just 49 minutes to charge it up to 60%.

Customers will be happy to know that it comes with a 13.3-inch NanoEdge FHD display which will offer great viewing angles and is perfect for editing work as it covers 100% of the sRGB colour gamut.

The Asus ZenBook 13 comes in two colours, of Deep Dive Blue or Luscious Rose Gold. Ther is also a Core i5-8250 variant that comes with the exact same specs for those of you that do not require the power of an Intel Core i7 processor. The i5 and i7 variants will retail for RM4,099 and RM5,599 respectively
