We have AirPlay for Apple devices and Google’s Chromecast to mirror your display. Airtame, a Danish company that got some fame back in CES 2014 has confirmed that they will be shipping their first ever wireless-screen mirroring dongle to the masses in October for $99. The Airtame is a HDMI dongle like Google’s Chromecast, which can be plugged into any HDMI source and get hooked up to any Windows, Linux and Mac machines via its own software. The company claims that its invention will be far more superior to Miracast dongles and Chromecast at a very low latency of 25-30ms, which is good for mirroring fast actions showing on your device such as gaming. Till date, the company has funded $1.26 million for this project through Indiegogo.

Airtame will also support smartphone and tablet video transmission, the feature will however be only available if developers use Airtame’s SDK. If you are interested on it, the company is doing preorders and delivers the product over to Malaysia at a very reasonable shipping fee of $15, check out the source link down below.
