India, one of the biggest affordable smartphone consumer markets in the world, has seen yet another budget handset being introduced to them via online retailer FlipKart. The Moto E3 Power by Lenovo has just been unveiled in the country today.
We have stress that the Moto E3 Power is very affordable, hence you shouldn’t be to picky when it comes to its specs. First off, the phone features a 5-inch display at 720p resolution, with 294ppi, which isn’t too shabby. Underneath the hood is an entry level quad core MediaTek MT6735P processor clocked at 1.0GHz, supported by 2GB of RAM, plus 16GB of internal storage that is expandable via the micro SD slot.
The E3 Power sports an 8MP rear facing camera with LED flash, capable of shooting 720p videos. On the front side is a 5MP selfie shooter which seems to be the standard of many current smartphones. The phone is packing a 3,500mAh battery, which should offer excellent battery life given its internal specs. Lenovo is also shipping a 10W rapid charger for fast charging. The Moto E3 Power will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, and supports 4G LTE. Though the handset isn’t IP rated, it happens to have a water repellent nano coating that will withstand against splashes.
The Moto E3 Power will likely be an Indian exclusive and can be obtained through FlipKart for a price of INR 7,999 (RM494.46). What are your thoughts on the affordable handset?
