Acer has launched a new lineup of gaming laptops in the country, and the more interesting ones come by way of the Predator Triton 500 SE (Special Edition)
Keeping these powerful components cool are the laptop’s set of triple-fan cooling and 5th-generation AeroBlade 3D fans.
The laptop packs a 16-inch 16:10 WQXGA panel that pushes a 240Hz refresh rate, and support for NVIDIA G-Sync. For audio, the Triton also supports DTS:X Ultra for more immersive surround-sound audio.
In terms of ports, you get two Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports with Thunderbolt 4 and DisplayPort support, HDMI 2.1, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one SD 7.0 card reader, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an ethernet port.
Acer also claims that you can get up to 12 hours of battery life with the Triton 500 SE, which is mightily impressive for a gaming laptop. Elsewhere, you also get WiFi 6, and Intel’s Killer Intelligence Center interface that gives you an overview of your network status.
