Acer completes the Predator line up with the Galea 500 and Cestus 500

Finally, the last two products released by Acer is a gaming mouse and headsets, the Predator Galea 500 and the Predator Cestus 500 which will go nicely with any gaming setup. The mouse comes with an RGB setup with removable thumb rests and the headphones have a unique 3D sound technology which as demoed during IFA 2017.

Predator Galea 500

The Predator Galea 500 puts you in the centre of your gaming giving you the ability to hear everything that is around you with the Acer TrueHarmony 3D Soundscape technology which can recreate the acoustic space based on the orientation of the player’s head, which gives the user truly one-of-a-kind gaming experience.

The Galea 500 also allows users to select from three modes including EQ, Music and Sports with the volume control. The Drive is constructed with a Bio-Cellulose membrane and rubber surround which gives the headset a crystal clear audio clarity for a “cinematic experience in gamers heads'”

The Predator Cestus 500

The Cestus 500 is a gaming mouse that features the ever-loved Omron dual switch design which allows gamers to adjust the click resistance according to the type of game they are playing. Gamers can customize the mouse with its 16.8 million RGB colours and 8 lighting patterns to suit everyone style, there is also 5 onboard profile settings which can be swapped on-the-go so you can jump in and out of any game easily with Acer’s Predator QuarterMaster app.

The mouse is perfect for left or right handers, as the side panels support up to 4 different usage mode for the ultimate fit and ergonomic comfort.

Both the Galea 500 gaming headset and the Predator Cestus 500 gaming mouse are available for purchase now at all authorised Acer resellers and Acer Online stores for a price of RM1,399 and RM299 respectively.

In a surprise that Acer kept closely guarded, they also showed off the Orion 9000 gaming desktop which was unveiled at IFA 2017 recently. It comes with up to a Core i9 extreme processor and dual NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti graphics card in SLI configuration that looks gorgeous from top to bottom. The desktop will be priced at RM12,999 for the 7th Gen i7 variant and RM28,888 for the i9 Extream variant.
