Amazfit is a popular brand when it comes to value smartwatches and they’re expanding their range with the new GTS 2 Mini, a slightly smaller version of the regular GTS 2 from late last year.
The watch packs a 1.55-inch AMOLED screen layered on top with 2.5D glass that offers a decent level of scratch and impact protection. Being the smaller iteration of the GTS 2, the Mini only weighs 19.5g instead of the 24.7g the original GTS 2 weighs. The watch is also water resistant of up to 50m deep.
When it comes to fitness and health tracking, the watch packs a complete set of features that measure and track heart rate, blood oxygen level, sleep quality, menstrual cycle, and more.
On top of that, there are over 70 work-out modes to choose from you can view detailed stats of your exercises on the Amazfit companion app, Zepp.
In terms of battery life, Amazfit claims you’ll get up to 14 days of power for typical use cases, while turning on the power saving mode will get you up to 21 days of battery life.
The Amazfit GTS 2 Mini is available in Midnight Black, Flamingo Pink, and Sage Green and is priced at just RM399. With a price tag like this, it makes a decent upgrade over the fantastic Amazfit Bip U which costs RM249 – you can watch our review of the latter here.
