In a race for top spot with Shopee in the local e-commerce scene, Lazada introduces a new  ‘Guaranteed Delivery’ policy for their LazMall offering, that compensates customers for late deliveries – this will take effect soon across Klang Valley. 

Upon checkout, if the item displays two icons – a ‘24-hour’ and ‘tick’ icon – it means that your order will adhere to the new policy. The 24-hour policy gets you an RM5 compensation should the item fail to arrive within 24 hours; the tick also compensates you the same should it fail to arrive within a set timeframe.

The new policy is in introduced in addition to the existing 15-day easy returns and next-day delivery policies. This is only applicable when shopping on LazMall – this is where Lazada promises 100% authentic goods. There’s no word yet on whether it will be brought over to the general Lazada shop.
