ASUS is planning on releasing the ZenFone Max Pro M2 in Indonesia next month, and the newest update from the company confirms that the smartphone will come with a 5,000mAh battery.
The M2 is rumoured to be a gaming smartphone that has a 6.26-inch IPS Full HD+ display with a wide-angled notch that has a single camera. There will also be changes in the back whereby the smartphone will be using a glass back instead of an aluminium back. The smartphone is also expected to get an upgrade in its processor, meaning that the phone will be equipped with the Snapdragon 660 processor instead of the previous Snapdragon 636 processor on the M1.
The M2 will come with a front camera that is assumed to have a 13MP lens, and there will a dual rear camera with 12MP+5MP lenses, and one of it will have a 3-axis EIS. It is also said to have 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, but many are expecting the company to bring in a 6GB RAM variant. As mentioned, the phone will be equipped with 5,000mAh battery that might support Quick Charge 3.0.
The smartphone will be revealed on 11 December in a launch event organised by Asus, so we will have to wait till then for further confirmation on the specs of the phone.
