Asus ROG has announced that they are opening up pre-orders for the Asus ROG Swift PG27UQ Gaming Monitor which comes with 4K UHD resolution and 144hz refresh rate.

The PG27UQ is the first monitor to run 4K UHD at 144hz, offering not only the best resolution but a smooth gameplay experience. To add to the smoothness, the monitor also supports Nvidia G-Sync to eliminate screen tearing. With 1000-nit peak brightness, the LED backlight is dynamically controlled across 384 zones, providing high contrast for richer, natural-looking dark scenes. Gamers can also plug in other HDR capable devices like gaming consoles to enjoy 4K HDR content on the monitor.

It is also the first gaming monitor that comes with DisplayHDR 1000 certification which defines the industry’s fully open standard specifying HDR quality, like luminance, colour gamut, bit depth and rise time that targets gamers as well as professionals. THe PG27UQ is calibrated for superior colour accuracy with Delta-E colour difference¬†value of less than 3.0, it also supports 97% DCI-PE and 99% AdobeRGB.

The ROG Swift PG27UQ is open for pre-orders now until 10th August 2018 and comes with a 3 Year warranty offering a 1-to-1 swap, priced at RM10,999.
