Wiko is back again to release a new lineup of phones called the View collection which comes as View and View Prime. The devices now feature of 5.7-inch display that spans 80% of the phone, making the most elegant phone that the company has taken out. The 18:9 aspect ratio that will be seen in both the View and View Prime, allowing you to see more information on the screen without scrolling much.

The Wiko View will come with a Snapdragon 425 processor, 32GB of internal storage and 3GB of RAM, while the View Prime will come with the Snapdragon 430, 64GB of internal storage and 4GB of RAM. Both the phones will come with the mentioned 5.7-inch HD+ screens.

When asked why did they go with an HD screen rather than an FHD screen, Wiko officials mentioned that the difference is indistinguishable and users don’t actually see the difference when it comes to HD and FHD screens.

As usual, Wiko is very focused to give a good camera on a very budget phone and they have provided the 16MP front camera on the View and 20MP+8MP front camera on the View Prime which is optimized for low light conditions. Users that want more will be happy to know that it also comes with an Auto-HDR to get vivid pictures or get a bokeh effect with the Live Portrait Blur.

Cameras on the back will be a 13MP for the View and a 16MP camera for the View Prime. Some of the features that Wiko has highlighted are the auto-scene which can detect the area that the photo is being taken and adjust the settings so you don’t have to. Other than that, the Live Portrait Blur will also be seen the rear camera with the addition of Video Stabilization and Live Auto Zoom.

The View will come in three colours, Black, Deep Bleen and Cherry Red, while the View Prime will come in Black and Deep Bleen only. The phones will retail for RM899 and RM1,199 for the View and View Prime respectively, those of you that are interested can purchase both the phones in October at all authorised Wiko outlets in Peninsular and East Malaysia.
